Love this place would highly recommend to others. Nice atmosphere good food and lovely hosts. We have been several times to Dom Carlos and love the way Peter talks abou food. Its obvious he is passionate about what he cooks and it shows in the taste

We visited this restaurant twice during our week stay, and although slightly more expensive, it was worth every euro! Excellent food, each choice explained by Peter, I can't praise this resaurant enough

From the minute we walked in, Ana and Peter made us feel very special and verywelcome. We ate here this April and had a wonderful meal. The ambience and service was second to none. It was very expensive but a one time experience not to be missed

we were told to leave because we had only wanted a main course on the last night of our holiday and not the 5 we were eventually told we had to have. we asked could we just have a main course and the owners wife lifted our drinks from the table n told us to just go. disgrace.
