The first course was raw pike, the second course was marinated (cold) mackerel, the third course was halibut coated with sesame seeds which were overpowering, and the final course was pigeon. This restaurant is a delightful experience for the discerning foodie. A sophisticated decor, excellent food beautifully presented with accompanying wines and a charming owner called Frankie who makes you feel welcome from the moment you step through the door (his English is very good too). Not one to write often but this restaurant was faultless; service, food, ambience. Had the taster menu and would thoroughly recommend. Beats many michelin star restaurants we've been to. Great for a special occasion, but if on holiday in Bruges think of an occasion so that you can give this place a try. More
