Having heard about this resterant for some time I was really excited to be visiting Brussels with friends who enjoy great food. What a disappointment. Overpriced and the food was uninspired. Not bad but just boring.

Hi sir, I think you never came in our restaurant. You ring during the day and leave a message that no-one understand. You ring again and i said sorry we fully book. And you didn't understand why we didn't call you just because we didn't understand your message. When i see your message on trip i send you two messages... More

My friend and I had great plans to visit this gourmet restaurant based on other reviews. It is hard for my test to call a restaurant "gourmet" when moslty use dishes with whipped ingredients and non fresh ones. This is not very tasty, and in the end causes my friend to feel sick all night! Also courses devided to threee... More

Hi gentleman, In our restaurant we serve a la carte dishes in 2 services and not 3. The 2 services contain exactly the same ingredients in both dishes in to different way. Sorry if you don't see the connection. You both choose games. For sure it's not fresh but hang with a strong taste. If you don't know gastronomy may... More

We went here with great hopes - the word of mouth had been good, and although Tripadvisor was mixed, we decided to give it a try. The result was disappointing. The decor was beautiful, but the atmosphere stilted. The service was over the top in terms of presence, and underwhelming in terms of knowledge. The food was ok, but certainly... More

My wife and I have recently moved to Brussels from London. We wanted to go somewhere a bit fancy and special for the first time since we got here. I telephoned on the Friday night for a table the next evening and luckily they could squeeze us in. The restaurant is in an unassuming area of Uccle, as far away... More

We never regret to go to Bouchery. Superb quality of delicately prepared food so called BIO cuisine is heavenly tasteful and innovative, yet with moderate prices, vast range of wine are also moderate prices. Sophisticated atmosphere, modestly decorated interior gives spirit of the serenity. Aesthetically perfect which is very very rare in Brussels. They have a cute garden for eating... More

Really too bad I didn't take the time to write about this restaurant earlier when the food was truly delicious and fairly priced. It definitely was one of my favorite places in Brussels and I held the young chef in high esteem. Over the last couple of years, I had the pleasure of lunching & dining here on several occasions... Criticism, whether it be positive or negative, is a way of paying attention and respect to our work. Hours of hard work deserve a certain respect but not necessarily flattering praises. We love an external perspective and are actually on the lookout for comments (especially negative ones) that help us evolve. As they are the expression of a personal vision,... More

We were looking for a nice restaurant for one of our unique Saturday evening in love without our son... our wishes: a place with nice food and good wine but also with a nice atmosphere... We have been to THE place in all regards. The food was fantastic, the wine well chosen and generous and the atmosphere was nice, cosy... More

I have eaten out many times a week for the last 20 or so years, and have had the luck to try some of the simplest, finest, most bombastic or most quirky restaurants across Europe and also other continents. Bouchery is a gem and over a few visits has established itself as one of my favourite resaturants overall. I won't... More

My husband and I eat out a lot, and this was one of the most satisfying experiences on all counts- food, service, friendliness and lack of pretension of staff! We had the temptation menu and each dish, with one exception ,brilliantly conceived and expertly presented. Not full when we went, they did have a member of the staff who spoke English... More

Had the temptation menu with my wife and it was delicious. Worth every penny. Will definitively come back! The food was super well arranged and the taste marvellous. Service staff extremely helpful, friendly and there when you needed them.
