The chocolates and pastries are world class, the store is very tastefully arranged and intimate, service friendly. In my opinion, beats the quality of the Belgian chocolates and certainly the price.

Gorgeous little patisserie with the most delicious chocolates and cakes that will help you gain a shed load of weight!!
My daughter and I were treated to cakes and coffee here during our stay so I can't comment on the price but the cakes were truly gorgeous!
My lemon slice was mouthwateringly good and my daughter's chocolate mousse type cake...

We went twice to this charming patiserrie in one of the charming nine streets, once for desert when we had an amazing chocolate mousse cake and the other for breakfast. Both times we found the café to be calm and pleasant, and we found it fun to peruse over the great selection of cakes and sweets. Our breakfast on the...

Chocolates, candies, and sweets-oh my! If you have a sweet tooth this place is a must-visit in the De Negen Straatjes area. If you're a fan of chocolate and coffee definitely buy a bag of their mocha beans...quite possibly the best chocolate I've ever eaten. They have an endless amount of other chocolate covered goodies as well, so you'll have...

These cakes are too delicious to forget! Not very cheap, but definitely worth a try. We didn't stay at the cafe and got a piece of cake "to go", which was quite handy as we were in a hurry.
Delicious sweets. They don't come cheap but it was nice to treat ourselves to a savory strawberry cake and eat it on the bench looking over the canal. If you need a little something to treat your sweet-tooth, and happen to be by the Jordaan area, this is a good venue to consider.
Can't fault the food - small selection but really interesting combinations and flavours for lunches - and the cakes and chocolates are an absolute must for anyone with a sweet tooth. Order a coffee in most places an you may get a processed biscuit on the side - here we got a small but exquistie cake that set the taste...

Walking back to our hotel, we were a bit hungry and the front window if this little eatery looked very inviting with all the chocolates on display. It wasn't too busy and we were able to find a seat no problem. The menu was simple and the food was superb. I ordered the best ham sandwich I've ever had. Thinly...

Decided to go in after reading about it in the guide book so had a Hot chocolate and was given a free bun. Not a massive cup but was darker than I normally drink so there was enough. We got some chocolates to take away but ate them as soon as we left nice but a little bit expensive
Found this gem of a chocolaterie and lunch place in Kerkstraat. But need to get there early for lunch table. We found it by accident first time, and quickly appreciated it as being very popular. Get there for 12.00 - 12.15 to be sure of a table. Menu limited but quality very good and prices reasonable. Staff friendly and helpful....
