You can always tell something about the quality of the restaurant by counting the meals on their menu. Restaurant Pflug offers varying meals but always i a very limited number.
Their cuisine is Swiss, seasonal, simple I would say but very delicious. Their choice of wines is superb.
The atmospere is cozy, the staff is very welcoming and open minded....
