Cosy place with good food, a bit pricey though!! The service was also great, the staff was courteous and we did not wait long for the food to be served.

Hotel is in centre of lucern. It is cosy and filled of cheesy smell. They have variety of fondues. boiled potatoes and bread are included. Rest all dips are needed to be separately purchased and they are costly. Chef is friendly.

While visiting Switzerland we wanted to have the fondue experience, so we tried the Fondue House... the place was really nice, somewhat empty for lunch time... the foundue was ok, had better but the price was super high!!! too much for a shared fondue...

The food is good and even too much but it is just cheese! Cheese and old bread. It is too expecive for what you eat. The atmosphere is good but you will not go out satisfy. They will ask you 11.5 Chf for tap water, come on.... Trust me do not go there

Went in early for Europe - Only people in place - Was completly full when we left. Ordered the cheese, meat and chocolate combo. Cheese was excellent with good bread and new boiled potatoes for dipping. Sauces for the meet were varied and tasty. Chocolate was excellent with a wide variety of fruits to dip. Service was very good. Pricing... More

Luzern is a tourist town, most of them eat here, fondue selection not bad. lacks an identitity especially as most of the waiters are not Swiss.

It was a rainy Easter Sunday with few choices, so we followed what the weather suggested rather than heed the warning signs screaming tourist trap. Bad decision... The food is was grossly overpriced even for Swiss inner city standards. The japanese group at the table next to us was doing the fondue thing all wrong and none of the staff... More

The tables are too small to be cooking fondue at! It was a hot, rainy evening, which isn't quite normal for Lucern. The service was good and the food delicious.
