This is the only place I ever found in Switzerland, France and now Germany that actually serves real Mexican food. Good vegetarian choice as well.

Tex Mex food, good but nothing surprising (especially for American visitors) but it is the only place in town serving frozen maragaritas which you can also get by the pitcher. Cheers to that!
Mexican food is rare in Geneva but this place is good and next to the trainstation , in central of Geneva. If you need to find and eat mexican food in Geneva, this is fine. Nothing ever bad but nothing ever exciting. Its just like good 'meet and potatoes' kind of food. Good quantitiy, not so bad prices, lunch menu...

Nice atmosphere, really characterful and generally friendly staff, fast service, super margaritas...
On the down side, quality has been known to vary... depending on the dish, some items depending on the plate can sometimes seem as if it were pre-prepare/cooked well in advance, and then finished and served ... basically fast food TexMex ...so not necessarily for the super discerning...

I first went to this restaurant in the late 1980's...mainly because it was pretty unique in Geneva. In this day and age it's pretty average and it really feels as though they just bought packets of Mexican mixes from supermarkets. There's not much there that can't be recreated at home...and probably much faster than they can serve it to you. We just past by and thought to go here for dinner. It was a very nice surprise! The fajita's we took were really big. Many fresh vegetables, sauces and perfect cooked meat. After eating you can go down in to the Mexican bar and have some nice cocktails! When we go back to Géneve, this will be on the top...

I use to travel to Geneva frequently last 3 years and every visit I spent at least one evening in Manana. Good food and music. Very nice atmosphere.
I visited Manana with friends as we were looking for a lively place to have dinner and a few cocktails. It did have quite a good atmosphere but the food was not good at all. There were 6 of us and we started by ordering a couple of Nacho plates to start, so we received our main meals, followed by...

One of the best tex-mex in Geneva. All the classics are available for a reasonable price, the ambiance is great and there is a guitar player every evening. Since the basement is home to a night club, lots of english speaking people come every weekend and sometimes also on weekdays.
Don't get the sangria, it tastes like cough syrup. The cabernet sauvignon is good. If you order hot sauce, do get charged 4 CHF. There are plenty vegetarian options here which are pretty good. I ordered the quesadilla carne which did not have much cheese and ground beef that I believe had been sitting around most of the day. It...
