Location is really nice, the service is terrible and the fondue had a strong taste of alcohol. They serve only bread with the cheese. We paid 50 euros for eat bread with bad cheese!!! Nobody offer us any side due to the kitchen was getting closed in 30 minutes! A place for stupid tourists like us.

We were looking for a fondue place in Bern and checked out Le Mazot, Harmonie (closed) and Loetschberg. Quite liked Loetschberg - deli and down-to-earth. But happened upon Arlequin and it had fondue and a sheltered outdoor seating area - important since it was showery. Service was good and the fondue very good. We had the Freiburger Fondue at CHF...
