Stopped here on the way down from watching the sunset on Piazzelle Michelangelo. A nice little buffet included with covercharge. Nice to feel you were actually sitting with locals enjoying a drink instead of just tourists. Stop by if you're in the area.

Supposedly invented by Count Camillo Negroni right here in Florence in the year 1919, this is the official Florentine aperitivo cocktail. Made with sweet red vermouth, Campari and gin it is poured over ice and garnished with an orange slice (yum).
