At La Cucina del Garga, chefs Sharon Oddson and Giuliano Gargani have raised to an art the preparation of traditionally inspired Tuscan dishes from the finest local and seasonal ingredients. La Cucina del Garga offers cooking classes including one day in Florence and four-day and eight-day tours of Tuscany.

Good food, good wine and a nice atmosphere. The decor is quirky but the service is quite formal. We didn't find anywhere better to eat in Florence. Definitely recommend.

We came here for lunch and it was nearly empty. Seems it is more of a dinner place. The service was excellent, attentive, and the food good. Lots to look at on the walls, interesting, modern and colourful art.
