Friendly, warm & English speaking staff. Delicious Florentine cousine. About the only place in Florence that serves large salads. Centrally located - around the corner from St. Lorenzo Piazza & Market. Highly recommend it. Wont break your wallet. More

Late lunch/early dinner. I had a wonderful pasta dish with peppers, garlic and tomatoes, whereas my wife had baked sea bass with olives, potatoes, onions, and tomatoes. Great, friendly service, nice wine, and had a complimentary aperitif. Strongly recommend. We also had tortellini soup and breaded vegetable soup- both incredible! More

Loved the food here. Very friendly staff and a nice little out of the way place. Walked by it 3 times and so glad we finally found it. Make a reservation if you can. Good and reasonable, and excellent service. More

Lunch for two, shared a Clam & Mussels Tomato soup and Beef Shank with a side order of Spinach in garlic and olive oil. All were fantastic. The soup had a plentiful helping of clams and mussels, and a rich but not to strong tomato soup. The beef shank was the most tender beef I've eaten in Italy so far... More

Great wine selection, casual vibe, fun and friendly service, delicious food. I recommend this place for a post-sight seeing/pre-dinner drink and snack. Sit on the front steps for people watching or go inside for a more intimate feel. Great place for a group (don't be deceived- it looks small but is labrynth-like with small rooms leading to a downstairs dining... More

We were referred by the Hotel when we were looking to eat. We got there late (3pm), so we decided to go back for dinner. The Zuppa with clams and mussels was excellant. Great staff and great food. The taste of the food was like my Mom's as the family is of that region. We like it so much we... More

We dined twice; once for lunch and dinner...pastas are amazing as was the florentine steak. For lunch, soups and Antipasti were a great value and very tasty. Best place we found on that side of town! More

The Bracerie was one of our first meals in Italy, and thought about it repeatedly over the course of our 9-day trip. The caprese salad's mozza was the freshest I've ever had (it was almost spreadable!), and the homemade ravioli was memorable as well. GO THERE! More

We went here as it was very close to the hotel and had excellent reviews. We were not disappointed! Friendly, attentive staff (I said I would mention you Rina!) in a charming, cosy atmosphere. Lots of locals and great Tuscan food at a reasonable price. Dont miss it! More
