Lunch for 11.50 Euros including wine, water and bread. The food is surprisingly nice. I had ravioli with pesto and it was one of nicest pastas I had all week. The staff were very patient explaining the menu in english. You aren't encouraged to linger but it is very popular and the tables are in demand.

This place must have one of the best quality-price ratio in Florence. The daily menu at 13 euros for dinner is great and offers a lot of choices. The ambiance is also something to stop for. Not a fancy place but a great local place with good home cooking.
The simple style makes it more like an Osteria than a Trattoria. Set menu with wine and water for 11,50 with many varieties.
Very busy, but still very efficient.
We loved it.

Read the reviews and, was a little sceptical when we found it. So wrong - do not be deceived by appearances. The menu was varied and, the food excellent.
