Pane e Vino is more of a typical trattoria in Cortona and less a restaurnt so you will not find fiorentina or tagliata steaks but rather great salumi and cheese, very tasty crostini, good Pasta and some cooked meet (i tried a spezzatino di carne chianina which was delicious). We visited cortona while staying in Arezzo... Pane e vino was recommended by the hotel and it turned out to be a great choice. Very comprehensive wine collection and good traditional food...
