A fantastic, buzzing atmosphere, full of Italians enjoying large gatherings of friends, or couples having a romantic meal in the cosy surroundings. A few tourists too, but this was no tourist trap - you knew these guys were experts sharing their love of superb food and wine. The gentleman on his slicing machine was a pleasure to watch, and I... Make a reservation or it will not work and this would be a pity. Taka a selection of the local hams and zour evening is already a success. Waiters are international and guide you through the menu. Lovely food! It is great fun to be here and to look to other guests and see how everybody is enjoying themselves as... More

Full menu with very fine cured meats and cheeses a speciality. Waiters are friendly and will advise to tailor to your palate. Details on source of meats and cheeses offered when serving. Well chosen, very tasty side dishes/chutney/jams served as accompaniments. Excellent selection of wines, many local. Good selection of digestifs, especially some lovely grappas. Wonderful cozy atmosphere, tables are... More

We didn't book - I would next time because I think we were lucky to get in. There's an amazing array of cured meats to try - I'd go for a mixed plate for starters. The food was great, the service friendly and efficient, the atmosphere very pleasant. It justifies its place on the Trip Advisor table, although it's certainly... More

A lovely quaint traditional Italian restaurant. The food is extremely good and in particular the charcuterie is fantastic; all freshly cut from the various meats hanging in the corner of the restaurant. Very busy all evening so it is best to book in advanced to guarantee a table. They take bookings on-line; which is handy. More

My first visit to this restaurant was as a single diner and despite the fact the restaurant was extremely busy and heavily booked they made every effort to accommodate me. A second visit the night after was booked and again dining alone treated with great respect and attention. This is simply an outstanding restaurant. Salumi are a specialty and do... More

After reading other reviews about this place, we just had to try it. We made reservations, thankfully, and had a romantic dinner for two on Saturday night. The restaurant is small, but we thought it was comfortable. It's not hard to find, since it's right near Juliette's house, just off the road to Piazza Erbe. Turn right off Mazzini and... More
