It is a unique kind of bed and breakfast place. We love the set-up, the privacy and quietness even though it is in downtown and above the restaurant. The location alone makes this a unique experience. Good variety and quality of cocktails. Plan and straight forward menu . All dishes I ate we're well prepared and good, and I have no complaint . Drinks here are not cheap - I find $7 for bottled beer expensive, even for NYC, so for $8, I ordered a beer cocktail with Guinness, blackberry brandy, and another beer.
