We were recomended by our concierge to have dinner at Pagaroma which was very close to our hotel. The setup is very nice and fancy and you can clearly see it´s a top restaurant with a strong focus in fish and seafood. Everything was very good and the waiter looked like Cristiano Ronaldo. The wine list was out of this... More

I sent to Pagaroma as part of a large group of business colleagues who were in Rome for a global meeting. The service was very attentive and the food of high quality, even for a large group. The finny fish, calamari and octopus were tender and delicious. The shrimp, however, were a bit overdone. The homemade pasta was outstanding. the... More

This restaurant was recommended to us by the concierge of the Hotel Byron where we were staying our last night in Rome. It was a short walk from the hotel in what is considered northern Rome. We arrived early and were immediately seated, at our request, outside in the warm evening air. As we enjoyed a glass of wine before... More

I was in Rome for three days with my wife, son, daughter and friends. Prior to arriving in Rome we had thoroughly researched and booked our favourite restaurants, largely with the help of Tripadvisor. Our first night at The Spiriti e Forme had been rather disappointing and the second at Hi-Res was brilliant. This was the last night and was... More

A wonderful restaurant with a fantastic ambience. If your hotel is located in central Rome, i assure you that it is well worth the short taxi journey to the north side of the villa borghese to visit this little gem of a restaurant. The food is striking enough, but what was even more notable was the service. The attention to... More

Expect a superb meal and you'll still be surprised! The restaurant looks posh but the service makes it feel like home and the food is over the top! Everything is freshly made and it doesn't show on the bill! Closed on sundays unfortunately. Not the last time I've been there!

Hotel Byron recommended this fabulous place and to our luck it was a soccer game night (Italy beat Germany!!!) so we had it to ourselves and "Sergio" (rock star waiter) took amazing care of my wife and I. We just had the chef make whatever was fresh and available and came back for three wonderful evening meals. This was the... More

Recently visited Rome while on vacation and had dinner at the Pagaroma Restaurant. The food was amazing and the staff were friendly and extremely accomodating. Sergio took great care in helping us select an amazing meal with excellent wine suggestions. I highly recommend this restaruant and allowing Sergio to make dinner and wine selections.
