I visited here as it was recommended by my hotel. Simple menu, but something for everyone. A main meal, bread and wine each for the two of us was only €28. Would visit again.

The restaurant was listed among the options close to our hotel and was cited for its food and value. I'm glad we took the hotel's advice! Gigi is a wonderful, creative chef and the food was excellent. We loved the atmosphere and the super-friendly staff. One of my nieces is a rather picky eater, so they made a special dish...

Food was authentic Italian and good value. Beware that menu is only in Italian and not much English spoken so it takes a while to work out what you are ordering. Typical antipasti followed by pasta with wine and water is about EURO 20 per person, so reasonable and high quality.
What a wonderful restaurant. The food and wine are very reasonably priced and SO good. The staff are even better. Desperately wanting to go back when we revisit Rome. We had dinner here twice during our four-day Rome trip.
We found this restaurant while staying in Rome for a night. We felt like we were have dinner in our favorite local restaurant. The food was amazing, the staff made you feel like we were there a week ago. The dessert was great the best Penna cotta ever. Can not wait until next year to have dinner there again.
As 4 seniors traveling in Rome with no Italian spoken we found our way to this restaurant.
We were greeted with smiles and the waitress explained all the menu to us. The food was good and the red house wine was quite nice.
Bread is placed on the table and if you eat it, it will cost you 2 euros....

Both the red...

My family and I was searching for a place to eat before we left Rome and this restaurant was walking distance from our hotel. When we got there we were nicely greeted by Valentina. She was very patient and very kindly translated the entire menu.
We asked for recommendations and she pointed out very delicious plates with delicious house wine....

Local Italian, if you are looking for a family run, relaxed - zero tourism restaurant then this is your place! We were the only English in the restaurant and the rest were locals. Food was superb, simple yet tasty. The atmosphere was great, families, friends and work colleagues together. Bill was just over €100 for 4 courses, great bottle of...
