With the reviews on trip advisor, I was looking forward to this meal and was extremely disappointed. This by far was the worst meal of our 5 day trip to Rome. I will explain in detail why. My wife and I are staying at the hotel Raphael. We've eaten at the hotel restaurant-Bramante Terraza and at the local eateries including... More

I read many of the other reviews before deciding to eat at Santa Lucia tonight. The setting is wonderful, on a little side street thats populated with other restaurants. It's it's own little lit up island raised off the street. It is cool in the evening in May, and it's advisable to reserve a table near a heat lamp. I... More

Attractive terrace although too chilly in March in the evening for us to enjoy it. Food was very good and prices reflected it.

Very well known - although not to us ( our wonderful people at Aldrovandi Villa Borghese suggested and made the booking at late notice for a birthday dinner) - this charming restaurant is made special by the outside raised triangle area of tables. Trees all around the edge, fairy lights and candles give a glamourous feel in amongst the little... More

I dont get the hype about this restaurant. Mabey because a elderly Hollywoodstar (J.Roberts) had once a movie sequence done there ? The setting is ok , but nothing special for a restaurant a rome. Places like this you will find every where in the tiny streets around piazza navona. Food was ok, like you will find it in an... More

We got the linguine all'astice which was perfect. Not too much or not enough. Lobster was fresh. Nice Pinot grigio ramato. Sorbet was nice but not for 7 euro. Outside garden is romantic and nice and u don't feel as if you are in the historic center

I recommend eating outside. Great place to enjoy a nice evening. Good food with a special mention to the seafood.

We ate here on our last night in Italy. The ambience alone is worth it. We ate outside on the patio with heaters going (to take the slight evening chill) all around us. Our waiter was delightful, even cracking a few jokes with us. The menu is large and varied with enough to keep the locals happy and enough to... More
