My mom and I dined here during our stay in Rome and it was one of the best meals we had in all of italy! The pear carpaccio, fettuccine roman style and the steak were all outstanding! If you're looking for a small place in a quiet part of Rome near the borghese gardens don't miss this place! The waiter... More

I dined in this restaurant three times in past 48 hours (two dinners & one lunch) and was very impressed by the quality of the food, especially the care and attention given to how vegetables were cooked and presented. The menu is reasonably extensive as is the wine list. The service is attentive and very multi lingual. Frequently we are... More

Had dinner on our last night in Rome and wish it had been open the previous night (local holiday meant it was closed) as we would have gone 2 nights in a row!! The restaurant is decorated with local artwork and has a really relaxed and friendly feel to it (don't go expecting to be pampered but who wants that... More

Hidden restaurant off Via Veneto, family run, kind waitress but certainly not a pro, a bit slow when crowded (and it's increasingly looking overcrowded) but food properly executed, especially the appetizers (delicious octopus salad, sea salad very good, jewish-stile artichokes outstanding) and the pastas (great tagliolini with "moscardini", perfect carbonaras and cacio e pepe). Wouldn't go there to eat imported... More

This was recommended to us by the family that runs the Hotel Golden where we were staying. The menu has English translations though the staff we met didn't speak a ton of it. It didn't matter at all. The food was great and seemed reasonably priced to us. We recommend the carbonara and deconstructed tiramisu. Muah!

Restaurant was very busy, but quite nice atmosphere. Seemed popular. Food was rather disappointing. Far too much salt in pasta dishes, and dishes were generally too rich. Wouldn't go back based on this trip.

Ate here because of trip advisor ratings. Delightful clean staff and small restaurant, lots of charm. But our seabass in puff pastry was dry, overcooked. My pasta had great homemade texture and flavor, but the sauce was loaded with salt. Man, why can't chefs remember there is a salt shaker on every table. Crazy too salty. Bacon in my pasta... More

My wife and I dined here as it was around the corner from our hotel. It is a crowded, small restaurant but they make homemade pasta and the meat was cooked well. This is a local hangout as the room we were sitting in reverberated with far more Italian than English. It was a bit difficult for us to communicate... More

My wife and I took a cab from Trastevere back to our hotel on a cold night in February. The driver asked what our favorite Italian food was, pasta or pizza. My wife loves good, fresh pasta. The driver suggested this place as it was close to our hotel and had great pasta dishes and had originated in Trastevere. Two... More
