This is probably the best ice cream I've ever had. The chocolate-hazelnut ice cream is to die for! The prices are really good. And if you'd like to eat something and have the ice cream as destert, there a great pizzaria next to La Gelateria Frigidarium .

I consumed vast quantities of gelato in Rome and this was the best place of all. Fresh and creamy deliciousness! I recommend the coconut flavour. Prices competitive and you had the choice of cream or chocolate on top. I always declined dessert at restaurants to visit a gelateria and at this one you could not go wrong.

Simply the best I have ever had anywhere. The chocolate with chocolate chunks looked good, when they then offered to dip it in hot melted chocolate, I went for it, making what was a great treat an amazing one. Best I had the entire 10 day trip Rome & Malta.

Amazing gelato! Went with my family after eating pizza next door. Generous servings and great price (small cone came with two scoops for only 2 €). Gelato comes with whipped cream or a hard chocolate or hard white chocolate shell. Must go!

You ask for a "medium" ice cream with two flavors, and what you get is a monster gelato that can barely hold together. I can't imagine how quick you need to eat you ice cream when the temperatures are really high...

Warning: the scoops are huge! and they melt quite quickly (good sign --> not frozen), so if you don't want to end up with your hands completely dirty, better to go easy with one / two scoops max.
