Popular with people in Hotel President just around the corner. Good choice on menu with some Sardinian specialties. Friendly efficient service. Good choice of fish/shellfish including mixed small starters of hot and cold fish dishes ideal to share (eg marinated salmon, tiny fried cuttlefish, anchovies, fried fish, octopus salad ...)

this restaurant was recommended by our near-by hotel, and I should have guessed it wasn't going to be great when the only customers were also from our hotel. It has basic tourist fare, not done well. Even basics like hard to mess up, Scallopini were swimming in oil. If you are hoping for a good value local trattatoria, go elsewhere

The restaurant was near to our rental apartment so we decided to give it a chance despite the mixed reviews online. The service was very lacklustre. And bread basket was not good. But our food was pretty good. The complimentary glass of prosecco was a nice touch. My husband had a spaghetti with seafood (prawns, mussels and clams) in a... More

This restaurant was a short walk from our hotel. Reasonabley priced for a capital city about 60 euros for 2 including a bottle of wine. We were made very welcome and enjoyed a free glass of prosseco while we selected our meal. There was plenty of choice with the grilled prawns being particularly good but don't order if you don't... Mediocre food, vastly overpriced, extremely poor service! This restaurant was recommended and from the reviews it seems that at times it provides good service and food. However, this was not our experience this evening and given the range of reviews it's a gamble that isn't worth taking! The waiters had a 'couldn't care less' attitude. Once they had seated us... We went to this restaurant as it was close to our hotel. The first course of pasta was ordinary but edible. We ignored the bread as it was just slices cut in half in an open basket. The second course was where it went wrong. I ordered Scallopini al Limone and a bowl of cooked vegetables and was very surprised... More

I found the restuarant by happy chance as it was near my hotel. I cannot speak italian but the staff were all very helpful. As a starter I recomend Tris de Carpaccio fine slivers of octopus, sea bass and salmon in a light dressing. That really got my taste buds singing. I had another squid dish which was so delicious... From the opening glass of prosecco offered by the owner to the final espresso, this place was one of our top choices of our stay. The location and decor are uninspired, but the service and the food were enjoyable, innovative and interesting. It was packed, mostly Italian speaking, many Japanese origin, a few tourists like ourselves. We tried both antipasto... More

We were looking for a nice traditional Italian place to eat, and this place was perfect, full of locals, so you know its not overpriced and the food is good. Service was great, atmosphere was very nice and the food was lovely!

This restaurant is near San Giovani, food was not good, noisey, TV blaring overhead. Too many other places to eat so avoid this one!
