We loved the fish - marinated salmon, tuna, sea bream crusted with potato. Perfectly cooked. Excellent taste. Good service. Totally enjoyable.

We came in for lunch and took advantage of the 10 euro menu that included mineral water, a glass of wine, entree, plat, dessert and coffee. The food was great, the servers were friendly and we were the only non- Italians in for lunch. The decor looks like something out of Versailles palace and on the sound system they had... More

Choose this restaurant as we wanted a change from pasta and pizza. The restaurant is very classy and very comfortable. The stafff are friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful. The fish perfectly cooked and the added ingredients made it very tasty. While we waited for the food the waiter brought hot bread and afterward the main course a tray... More

This restaurant is famous for its excellent and suberbly prepared and presented seafood and you won't be diappointed if you´re into that! The place itself is very cool and the entire interior design is classy, from the bar lounge, where one is received with a glass of champagne while waiting for the table, the restaurant with the black wall tapestry... My wife and I (from the US) went here on the second night of our 10 day vacation in Italy. We made reservations for 7:00 and given its high Tripadvisor rating, were expecting a full house. When we got there, we were literally the only ones in the restaurant. Given that we usually have a rule that crowds are an... More

I wanted to try this place out based on its TA rating and how close it was to my hotel. Walking in we felt we were under dressed as the ambiance is upscale, but the waitstaff was very friendly, our waitress spoke fantastic English and her colleague helped us choose a very tasty bottle of red wine to go with... We stumbled across this restaurant on Via Palermo one evening and decided to give it a go. It lavishly decorated and it can feel a little intimidating at first but the service put us at ease immediately, helping us with our wine choice. While the menu consists mainly of fish courses, My girlfriend had Carbonara while i went with a... More

I tried this place for two reasons - 1) The reviews on here. 2) It was close to the hotel. The food was, in all fairness, excellent. If I had one negative comment, it would be that we were allowed to order appetizers, primo plates, and a main course, without any warning that it would be a HUGE amount of... More

My wife and I had several courses at Sa Tanca. The final course of salt covered and cooked sea bass was excellent. The fish was moist and flavorful. The first courses were also good but the fish was great. They suggested a reasonable priced bottle of wine that was very good. The service was excellent and I would recommend this... More
