Wonderful food! Great service! I will come back as soon as i get a chance!
Maybe my experience was better since I went with local friends who regularly take tourists to eat there. The waiter already knew them so our service was really good.
This is not a restaurant for tourists on a budget since it is in fact pricey. I found the supposedly (don't actually believe it) original fettucine alfredo to be very tasty...

It's hidden round a curve in the wall of the street, which is why it's hard to spot on Google. But this is the original establishment from which the Fettuccine Alfredo legend has sprung. And it's worth the hunt, just up from Piazza Navona. The food is much the same as on offer at Il Vero Alfredo up the road,...

My wife and I visited Alfredo's twice, 28 years apart, and each time the Fettucini Alfredo was excellent -- albeit a wee bit more expensive the 2nd time. Horrible service, unforgettable food make up for bad first night dining in Rome. They also charge for cover and service charge! Downright ridiculous!
Great restaurant, great authenticity, and excellent food with good value for money!!!

Pasta was ok nothing special, it tastes nice but not great , the mozarella chesse was ok as well but with no special twist, the dessert the creme brulle and chocolate moose were...

The food was excellent. We both opted for the Fillet Steak in red and blue sauce. When it arrived there were two...

Was part of a large party with a predetermined menu so that certainly limits the scope of this review. Staff were excellent in rapidly handling our large group (40+) whislt coping with other customers.
