I'd consider myself a foodie in the United States and love restaurants. El Paragus is one of my all time favorite experiences. The mushrooms were amazing, the three meats and white beans were unforgettable and the overall experience makes me want to rerun to Madrid. So good! Treat yourself and make a reservation.
