Loved the food here at Bar Bergara. Tapas does vary so it is good to take on peoples recommendations. This one is featured in a Tapas in Spain cook book I own and I hunted for it and it was well worth the visit. Loved it!

The food is really good, if you are looking for fancy pintxos, you have to come here. The servings are small and the prices are not cheap.

Everything is so good, fresh and tasteful. They have won every possible prize and there is a reason. A must in San Sebastian in the beautiful Gros district.

The pinxtos at this bar are intriguingly different, and deserve the awards with the certificates hanging on the walls. The barman who was there on both times that we went was welcoming, friendly and seems a true professional. Yes it's busy, but that must be because it's so good.

Very nice warm pintxos, busy place, we managed to reserve a table outside since we had our son in a stroller with us. The octopus, and the risotto was our favorites. Will definitely come back on my next trip to DSS.

Our Hotel receptionist recommended this bar to us and it was everything we expected. The range of pinxtos was outstanding and half a dozen made a meal for two. we ate here on three of our four nights in San Sebastian.
