We liked the choices in the fixed menu. The quality of the food was good and the prices reasonable. Very attentive service and very pleasant surroundings. Strongly recommended.

Basically they have 2 very similar menus - Monday to Thursday and the other for the weekend. their seafood pancake was super as was the duck and the rib-eye. On the second night we went there was no venison and the lamb offered in its place was only so-so. As far as the wine list goes - I'm at their...

I visited La Fabrica on a recommendation. The was great value (surprisingly so). We had a table for 3 booked & chose the degustation which was around 30-35 euros each. This included a bottle of wine or water each (yes that is right).
The lighting in the restaurant felt more like a fast food chain but after all that wine...

We dined here our first night in San Sebastian, and the food did not disappoint! Every dish was comforting and well executed...the foie gras risotto and the beef were particularly spectacular....It was just an approachable menu, and great meal!
This is a lovely restaurant in the old part of San Sebastian. Two menus, with very seasonal, beautifully cooked ingredients and a very nice service. Price includes wine ( a bottle) and the wines are excellent - local Rioja/ribera del duero. Fantastic service. This restaurante is very popular with local residents, so you need to book.

I get the feeling that other positive reviewers may have been won over by the nice presentation (which is good) and the fancy decoration (which is stylish). There were a couple of nice bits (the mushroom ravioli), other than that it was distinctly ordinary and lacked flavour...To be honest, if you are in San Sebastian go and save your money...

This was the first restaurant that I attended during restaurant week and was so impressed. Tried to go back a second time and couldn't as they were booked out! Amazing flavour and loved the presentation. Two thumbs up.
it's just OK, notihing to write home about.
As far as culinary mastery goes - this is not the place. The food was good, but average. Nothing was extraordinary or different. I was expecting much more and was apprantly charged for much more as well.
The service was very good and attentive, even though the place was packed.

La fabrica gives you michelin star food(maybe better than most of) with a relaxed friendly restaurant with affordable prices, everything we tasted was extraordinary, we ordered a 25 euro menu and a 36 euro menu, the menus was more than filling and bottle of...
