I could taste a real france Pain in Frankfurt! Especially, Pain au Chocolate was very delicious! Also, the tarte' decor was pretty :)
I love this bakery. The pastries are lovely!! Price are ok, not too expensive but also not really cheap. It's definitely a cute place to meet up with friends to have some coffee and cake or a small breakfast! Staff is fine.
I think this is the chain we have in a number of London stations like St Pancras, which is why it felt familiar to walk in to the warm wooded interior, with its shelves of wines and glass cases of tasty pastries. The croissants and pain-aux-chocolates are all baked fresh on site and the coffees served in large bowls, breakfast-style.... More
I was just in for a pit-stop. A soup and sandwich..but I can see why there were so many people in there. The breads looked good, the cakes looked good and everything else looked good too. Service was great. We were greeted by a friendly server, got seated and served very efficiently. It's also reasonably priced.
We were there in July 2012, we had a very nice breakfast outside! So much sandviches, so beautiful desserts. Service very good! Guy from service also allowed us to exclude early ordered sandviches (when we understood that it is so much food). Recommend to all!
Represents the height of Frankfurt yuppiness. Expensive for what it is, the service is not good, and the crowd is the typical BMW 5 series combi and Porsche Cayenne bunch. But for some, such a place is desirable. Not for me.
