We dined two weeks ago at Brasserie. Located very centrally in the Gendermenmarkt area. Very lively place with lots of locals where I ate one of the best, if not the best lamb, I ever had.

Picked up the last night after reading some of the reviews. Nice place with an inside garden helpfull in a windy evening. However, good food choice, wine list just enough, price good, service very good.
We had dinner with a friend we hadn't seen in 17 years. She came to Berlin from Munich to meet up with us. Our meals met our highest expectations for french bistro cooking. We thouroughly enjoyed our meal here. The waiter was very friendly and was able to explain all of the offerings on the menu.
Had dinner there once and would probably return next visit to Berlin. Food is good without being excellent, friendly and relaxed atmosphere & service. Nicely furnished interior, so in all everything you want for a quiet evening dinner.

While sorting through the "$$$" places in downtown Berlin looking for a place to have Thanksgiving dinner (abroad and solo), I came across this place. Service was good, and food was great. 3 courses and 2 beers came to about $60. I'd definitely go back.
Really first class lobster soup - but the rest of the food did not quite live up to that!
On our first night in Berlin we were directed to this place by the hotel Hilton. Atmosphere was great - 30's art deco. Food was great we had fish which was great and leg of Deer which was outstanding. Good service and decent pricing.
