We went on a Saturday night with some German friends and came away after a great night of food, drink and conversation. Generous servings (recommend the Haxen, but you better be hungry), good drink and atmosphere. Slightly tardy service, but they were busy. Book ahead on weekends I understand.

Typical Bavarian food and beer with a good wine selection also. Friendly staff. Would definitely go back.

Even if the place is quite big the atmosphere is cosy. Bavarian beer and food is served by the pleasant staff, bringing plates loaded with tasty meat, sausages and knödel to the table. Only issue may be risk of overeating due to size of the meals ;)

A good first experience of typical german food with really friendly service. A great location, especially eating good food outside with a german beer, would go again!

The location is good, but the food is average. Service is slow.

Have eaten here many times over the past three years and have tried just about everything on the menu. Food never disappoints and service friendly and efficient. Patio is wonderful in summer and nice and cosy in winter.
