They have one beer on tap and its a unfiltered wheat beer lager, not a hefeweizen even though it looks and tastes like one. It's got a really unique almost fruity flavor and is excellent with lemonade or sprite. Great prices and good traditional German food. If you try one brewery in Freiburg this is it.

Ordered a pork schnitzels and 2 beers (1 light and 1 strong). All are fantastic! The beer is very smooth. I like this place! Do visit for the beer if you have time, relax and enjoy the beer!

Food here is very good, they serve great Schnitzels, steaks, pork knuckles etc, and there are some great tasting beers. The atmosphere is great with all the beer kegs, and brewing machinary on display. Well worth a visit.
