I tried to go there last saturday and was not allowed even to wait for a table without a reservation. Bad luck of them, who missed a great costumer.
Excellent meal enjoyed in good company. We dined a little early, as we were on a very full schedule and had a 5am start the following day. The food was excellent and well presented. Staff were a little less warm than the sister restaurant La Caleche, but in general very civil and were able to offer suitable recommendations for food... More
We came on a recent Saturday lunch after having been unsuccessful at getting a table at this restaurant's sister place La Calèche. It was our first time and we weren't disappointed. On the contrary we were very happy - service was welcoming and friendly, food very nice and reasonable, setting contemporary, ambience warm. And the telling factor: it filled up... More
We were thrown at first by the extensive selection of sushi and seafood at this very cool restaurant. However, we found a few pages into the menu some more traditional fare and that is what we choose. The food was great. The ambiance was exception with a large ceiling/skylight view of the mountain. The bar downstairs was very cool and... More
Great atmosphere. Food was very good, service excellent ( as for French restaurant) . It was expensive but what you can expect in Chamonix .
A very welcome addition to the Chamonix dining scene. Unique ambience and a highly professional team. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Excellent choice on the menus. We will return.

However, no matter how well-intended the staff may be, the food ranged from very good to VERY average. And for $58 (about 43 Euros) for chicken nems (very good), range chicken with morel mushrooms (dry and... More
A refreshing change from the traditional rustic food of the area. Tasteful light and quirky decor with good food including sushi which was very fresh. Service was very friendly apart from the head waiter who was rather arrogant.
I hate pot roast. This is some sort of pork pot roast that was one of the best meals I've ever had. It is cooked with carrots potatoes and pearl onions. The sauce is amazing. Sweet and tart and delicious. I wish I could get the recipe. I was full after eating half of it, but I ate it all... More
One of the best meals we had in Chamonix. We got our table for seven persons without any pre booking and were all served most deliscious meal in a friendly professional manner. Were in a hurry to watch the Cabaret in the basement bar which was another delight. Would like to come back soon to this place and try out... More
