We enjoyed our dinner greatly and can highly recommend the namesake entrée. The mains were a good size and excellent and allowed for a delightful desert. We would recommend this restaurant.

Visited the restaurant on a friends recommendation - a pleasant experience in general. The service and atmosphere were very nice. The starter was very delicious, main course was just OK food. But we enjoyed the evening.
We chose this restaurant after wandering through the back streets of Aix checking out the 'formules du midi'. At around 17 euros for 3 courses including a glass of wine - it looked good value and it was! We had aubergine tart followed by fish with a delicious sauce and cafe gourmand for dessert. Service was charming, ambiance relaxed, wine...

Last Saturday Feb 17th 2013, at 8pm many restaurants were full and had waiting lists of 20 min. We strolled through the city and found this one. Had a lovely dinner here and cannot fault a thing. Good bottle of wine, great lamb shank, service and overall atmosphere. Go!
We were looking for somewhere for a not too heavy lunch and liked the look of the menu. We both started with the tomato tarte tatin and followed this with lamb shanks. Both courses were relatively simple but well cooked, tender and tasty. Pleasant, unobtrusive service and a bottle of good local wine. Excellent value.
Nice little bistro with a good ambiance, staff friendly, good service. First course was delicious, but the salmon special we ordered as a main was extremely overlooked and dried out. We could only manage a couple bites and told the the waiter after he asked us if we didn't like it. We were given a free dessert which was nice,...

Great dinner, relatively limited menu but done well. Service was laidback, friendly. Starter were inventive, mains (rabbit and risotto) were delicious. Good value, too.
Our hotel made reservations for us and highly recommended this restaurant. The service was slow, inattentive and the food was very disappointing. The "fish of the day" was not fresh at all and nearly inedible. The desserts, which had to be ordered with your meal, were obviously pre-prepared and served to us directly from a refrigerator.
trendy name, modern look and feel ... that's it.
Service was commited till you took place then it disappeared. And even worse we have seen in the later evening that the service send away several foreigner but made several tables possible at the same time for french people coming even later. Is that hospitality ?
Coming to the food nothing...
