Shock, horror. The Pizzeria du Drugstore was closed. For a whole year. Distraught, I gave up on ever seeing it open again. This pizzeria is absolutely the perfect mix of perfect food and splendid ambiance. Being Dutch and now living in the area for over 6 years we have not found better. Lovely food, all fresh. Splendid cosy restaurant and an owner who cannot but adore !

Read about this on Tripadvisor, turned up ten minutes after they stopped serving at 2pm and the waiter was happy to seat 8 of us. The food was fabulous, very generous portions, freshly cooked and good value for money!

Visited last night after recommendations on here. Good central location. Sat on the street although plenty of room downstairs aswell. Had 2 pizzas and 50cl's wine for 28 euros + tip. Service was quick and friendly and would agree with the favourable views on here.

Good location, close to all city centre attractions. Pizzas very good, with fresh ingredients and plentiful toppings. Kids menu could be better as it is supposed to be family friendly, and beer measures are not very generous. Also, no aircon, so avoid going inside on a sweltering day! Very good value though, especially for lunch with the plat du jour.

Currently say in the pizzeria, havin finished a wonderful dinner with my much better half. Didn't need to book, and the cavern atmosphere (I guess echoing the wood fired pizza oven open at the end of the room) was great.
