It was busy, the service us very friendly, atmosphere is buzzy and casual if you are seated outside. I had the goat cheese salad, cassoulet and apple pie. It was well cooked, good flavours and generous serving size. Would recommend for a hearty meal as the sun is setting in the medieval castle.

This was one of 2 restaurants recommended by the owners of our B&B-(the other was St Jean)- and we were really impressed- the service was good, efficient and not intrusive- the food was OUTSTANDING- a truly delicious Duck Cassoulet- and reasonably priced too- highly recommended

Alas, I found this place around the corner from the castle. Brilliant Food, great set menu. Good Service. Easily the best restaurant (was in France for four weeks and went to some that where twice the price and not as good) I went to in France.
