The food was very good considering it was cooked on a smallish boat. Roast lamb melted in the mouth and a chocolate fondant was cake on the outside and deliciously runny inside. This was my first time in Paris and the see the sites on this boat was a nice introduction. Considering the restrictions of a floating kitchen the food was very good, although service was a little slow. The tour in general was very good although would benefit from some kind of subtle commentary.
