The most perfect example of an affordable Paris Brasserie. We looked long and hard to make a choice for my 'big' birthday celebration - just the 2 of us, no fuss just fantastic food in dear little place. Would recommend to just anyone.

This evening Delores (my bride) and I dined at Josephine Chez Dumonet. It is a funny coincidence, as we identified Chez Dumonet through our own research and the concierge at the Four Seasons Georges V then recommended it as well. So we took the first reservation we could get, for a 730p seating on a Monday (open on Monday, already...

We had a lovely meal with great wine. Service was helpful and friendly. Food was excellent and the complimentary glass of wine was a treat. Thoroughly enjoyable.
We had our hotel make a reservation here for dinner. Everything was excellent, from the service to the wine and food. We enjoyed the atichokes, terrine, confit, cassoulet, grand marnier souflee and especially the mille-feuille. We would highly recommned this restaurant in Paris.
I went there my last trip to Paris and we went for dinner. It is a small cozy place. The food is superb !!!!!!!!!!!! There is no way to describe it. We ordered the Beouf Bourguignon and it was nothing like anything I ever ate, Eeverything there is perfect. The Mille Fuille was incredible and I dont even like sweets....

Everything about Chez Dumonet was just perfect. Starting with arriving a bit early for our 9:30pm reservation, we were given two complementary glasses of savignon...

We had a wonderful "last night in Paris meal". The menu- though difficult to translate, was extensive & everything was mouthwateringly delicious. The herring appetizer could have fed a family of 4 !! I had made reservations a month prior & was glad I did.
What a perfect place. If you are looking for excellent food in a really traditional Parisian Bistro setting, look no further. Two of us visited for a special birthday lunch and we had a wonderful time.
The service was relaxed yet professional and the food was perfect. A Roquefort salad and a half portion of foie gras were lovely starters....

Went to Joshepine Chez Dumonet on our recent March trip with our twin 11 year old twins. Did not have a reservation after trying to get through on on the phone, but decided to try our luck. As expected they were fully committed that night, but we begged and they put us in a two top in the back by...

This was the 4th time we have eaten there and it never fails to impress. The beef bourguignon is outstanding but get the demi as that is large enough. My wife had the millefeuille of pigeon which is excellent. My wife and son love to share the seared foie gras as an appetizer and we love the morilles. And the...
