Robert et Louise is a great place to eat, if you are ok with having excellent meat, at very good quantities, very affordable prices in a great area. If you are after a gourmet menu from michelin star chef with view all over Paris, probably this is not for you:) on top of the great meat, my gfriend loved the... More

Our dinner at Robert et Louise was perhaps the most enjoyable of the entire trip. The food is simple but good. Go in with an open mind and try a new cut of meat that you might not have otherwise considered. The setting is intimate and some of the tables are large and shared between multiple parties, so be aware... More

We were told by someone at home that we had to eat here. We tried to make a reservation, but called before they were open, so just planned to get there early (7, 7:30). The street level has a small seating area and an open fire where they cook your food - you probably have to make a reservation and... More

Came upon this restaurant while browsing the streets of Paris and it was a real “Find”. The menu is not extensive, and everything they were serving looked delicious. I was dying for lamb chops and ordered them with pan fried potatoes and salad…….Wow…..was it ever delicious. In fact it was so good that we came back another night. Better make... More

We were tired after an overnight flight to Paris and a full day's work and wanted a casual place near our hotel. Sit upstairs near the open fire where one can see piles of steaks being grilled to order. Accompanied by a light salad, roasted potatoes and a good but affordable wine, Robert et Louise was the perfect choice.

Fantastic food, service and location - a small unassuming door opens to a intimate dining room with a larger unassuming room downstairs. Excellent wine selection (Pommard) and who says BBQ is the American only cooking style? The steaks and lamb were cooked over a flat iron grill in the fireplace - sure looks like BBQ to me. Great value -... More

This is our favourite restaurant in Paris for food, atmosphere, service & value for money. We had snails, duck & BBQ steak & all excellent. Make sure you get a table upstairs so you see all the cooking action.

Such a fabulous highlight of our most recent trip to Paris!! If you're passionate about quality meat and natural produce done brilliantly in a rustic, earthy setting then this place is for you! Make sure you book a table upstairs so that you can watch the food being cooked over the fire :-) Staff were excellent and the owner a... More

We showed up with no reservations, and made a reservation for a couple of hours later. Came back and were seated downstairs, lovely place. Met the owner, great staff. We went there based on Anthony Bourdain, it was a nice Parisian experience, not the best steak though.
