World class food in a beautiful room with friendly, professional service and amazing(albeit expensive) winelist
We chose to enjoy a late lunch at Le Cinq. Despite the restaurant's stellar reputation, I was dubious going in, having often judged Four Seasons' dining offerings (in other cities) more hype and less substance. However, Le Cinq blew me away. The lunch menu is a prix fixe and very reasonably priced for the quality. Each course was promptly designated...

Le Cinq has always been one of my favourite restaurants in Paris. The location, decor and service just make it. I stop by everytime I am in the city.
The tasting menu is the best option and let the sommelier guide you for wine pairings. They really know what they are doing. If you love champagne, they have the best...

Let's start with the positives. The room is absolutely gorgeous. The beautiful spring flower arrangements and the light streaming in from the large windows made us feel like royalty. Service is impeccable, and even when my husband turned up without a dinner jacket they provided one for him without any fuss.
The food, however, was not quite what we expected....

One of the best meals of my life!
Firstly, the service is great. Our waiter was charming and kind; he answered all our questions about the dishes and wines.
Secondly, the atmosphere is very chic. We reserved a table in a private lounge where there was a chimney and a huge painting of Louis XVI. Amazing!

The whole experience was amazing although the food was deservedly the highlight. We've eaten at more and less expensive restaurants but none came close to Le Cinq - I didn't know food could be this good!
We went for lunch and had the €95 3 course menu which is more limited than the al a carte menu as you have...

We celebrated our 10th anniversary here and can so nothing other than out of this world. It is not just a meal but an experience. The service was outstanding but not invasive, and the food amazing. A special mention to the sommelier who's name I am unable to recollect who described each wine pairing to us like he was giving...

Everything about this restaurant is perfect. The food is cooked to perfection and the staff are so attentive. It is very expensive but it is an experience everyone should try once in a lifetime. I really appreciated the way the manager of the restaurant took a photo of us and developed it in time to give it to us to...

This was an incredible dining experience. First, though, it is very expensive. Secondly, they require/request a coat or “dark suit” for the gentlemen. The room is really nice, very French, and very comfortable. Of course, the service is impeccable and near perfect. We ordered appetizers, entrees, and dessert. In addition to this, they will bring you three to five additional...
