We went twice and both times the service was incredibly slow. The food is fine, a bit bland but presentation is excellent. The first time it took them 50 minutes to bring the main course. This meal will live with me for a long time.
A special birthday treat for my good lady wife.
The duck pâté was visually splendid and very tasty. The main lamb course was also presented beautifully and was perfect and pink.
We were given a glass of complementary champagne with our deserts.

Restaurant 114 Faubourg is the 'second' restaurant of Le Bristol Hotel, but in no way does this mean second class. The food is very skilfully cooked, and beautifully presented, and is more than deserving of its Michelin Star and I do not think it will be long before it receives its second. This Michelin 1 Star, when added to the 3 Stars of Epicure creates perhaps the only Michelin 4 Star dining experience in Paris. While not as formal as Epicure, the food is worthy of comparison, and the atmosphere strikes a comfortable balance between elegance and informality. Highly recommended

Fabulous in every way. We enjoyed a special occasion lunch here last week. Staff went out of their way to make us feel well taken care of and food was delicious. Unusual choices and presentation and a wonderful wine and champagne selection. The gazpacho was brilliant. Happy we dined here.

This restaurant is the more "casual" dining option at the Bristol Hotel. The food was amazing and the service was great but I had better meals for 1/3 of the price in Paris. I had the Pata Negra starter and the lamb entrée and both were amazing. The restaurant was exactly what I expected

We had al la carte lunch here & most of the food was lovely - some dishes (the pate en croute, the veal chop, millefeuille bourbon) were superb.
