We have visited this place during our trip to Paris in january 2012. Not near usual tourist routes, but we'vve gone there after exploring TripAdvisor - and it was the right decision.
Very cosy atmosphere. The keeper of the restaurant - Valentin - is from the former USSR and his wife is from France. They make a really great work....

Lovely food - great value. Worth seeking it out. Not far from Chateau Rouge or Lamarck-Coulaincourt métro stops. Friendly service. Intimitate, only a few tables. Great little bars nearby, highly recommended.
What a nice restaurant. The food is great, and a quirky menu that is written on the wall !!! Run by a husband and wife, him front of house and the lady of the house cooking. And boy what a cook. although a small menu, each dish is cleverly thought out. Always tweaking based on customer feedback, the food was...

This was a most enjoyable experience. A lovely little restaurant full of character and very friendly staff. A bit away from the beaten track. Can highly recommend it.
Just around the corner of our hotel we stumbled upon this small restaurant. It's run by two ladies, with friendly unobtrusive service. We had a great bottle of red wine from the Cote de Bourg, duck samosa, slow-cooked and very tender beef and orange-Crème brulee as dessert.
eaten here before but not on new years eve.food was excellent both in presentation and taste.our party had a selection of both meat and fish dishes all of which were very good.cost for a five course meal on new years eve was also very reasonable. if you are in the monmartre area give this place a try.
I recently had dinner at "L'assiette" and it was a great experience: the food is excellent and the service friendly (which is not such a common combination in Paris). I would return and recommend this venue to locals and tourists alike!
We returned to Paris from the Loire Valley via TGV and decided to stay close by Gare Montparnasse so we could walk to our hotel from the train. This restaurant is a short walk from the train station, but a good distance from the main tourist attractions which hug the river. That said, it is worth a special trip out...

Probably the finest cuisine I have tasted in the past 2 or 3 years. Stupendous food quality allied with an excellent wine list and the price!!! ( 20.50€ starter+ main course or main course+ dessert and 25€ for starter +main course +dessert)
I started with very good Samossa of St. Jacques withe foie gras and a glace of white vine...
