Three of us enjoyed the different options from the fixed price menu, all were very good. The atmosphere was casual and relaxed and the staff very friendly and helpful
A lovely meal with family. Very nice service, just the right level without being too intrusive. Food was really good, every course. Desert was particularly good, had the Paris Brest. Would highly recommend.
4 excellent meals for 4 fussy gourmands in a crowded restaurant with a good atmosphere. Book in advance if you can or be very early.
Ate here at sunset and had a fabulous view from our table overlooking the beach. We also watched the tide come in. We had a set price menu which was excellent. The tuna was delicious and the waiter didn't look down his nose when I ordered mine well done. Service very efficient in spite of the fact that it was... More
The restaurant is right on the beach and some of the tables have sea views. It would be worth booking well in advance if you want one of these as some of the other tables look out on the road. Food is very good - the specialty is seafood - but pricy. Some of the plates of 'fruits de mer'... More
Although "Brasserie" might sound tavern-like this is a full-blown restaurant with very good quality and choice in fresh sea-food and wines. The view of the sea is remarkable as you are sitting right attop the beach however you might want to reserve in advance for those sea-side tables are much desired. All in all the Brasserie du Sillon is a... More
We walked in off the street at a very busy time, but were given a table in a very short time. We ordered the set menu and were impressed with the size and quality of the serves, especially the sea food. The atmosphere is beautiful even if you don't manage to get a window seat. The service was reasonable, but... More
Visited this brasserie last night and from the moment we stepped in, felt that we were terribly inconveniencing staff employed to work there. Faces devoid of any welcome whatsoever, dismissive and unfriendly best describe staff. Service therefore very disappointing on the much jovial atmosphere of Bastille evening celebrations. Quite obvious that children are not the desired clientele... Food was average,... More
We booked the restaurant at short notice because it was close to our hotel. The place was very busy and we had a short wait standing in the doorway before being shown to our table. The views over the shore are great in the evening. The food was fresh and well presented, probably the best value we had during our... More
We had dinner here without reservation. We dropped in around 8.30 - Restaurant was very well visited. From our place we could see the sea & later watch the red sun sinking in the sea... great! Food was good... the best part was the sole meuniere.... Muscadet good! Service was unfriendly...
