This Michelin restaurant provided excellent fare well up to the standard expected however it fell down slightly because of the offhand and indifferent service provided by the serving staff.
This was the best 'fine dining' experience we had in Colmar. The décor is elegant but not intimidating to dress-casual diners and the service was very good without being intrusive. The menu was contemporary French, with the usual a la carte or three-price range set menus with limited choices for most courses. The cuisine is well in keeping with the... More
We really enjoyed this first class restaurant in charming Colmar. The dining room is sumptuous and the food is divine. Stephan was our waiter, and he is fantastic. As he knew we were dining on my birthday, he arranged to have balloons at our table. In addition to the professional and classy service, the food is excellent. You will not... More

Good wine list and the service is in... More
One of the best restaurants we have ever dined in. The maitre d'hotel was multilingual and extremely helpful. The food was delicious. Try the foie gras, you will never taste better.

The sauce did not make an impression & the plate display was not well done. Regional cheese - Ok. I selected the peppered goat, blue & traditional cheese. The... More
