Very good food and service. We had an assortment of local, authentic foods paired with the local white wines.

Restaurant Bartholdi offers many Alsatian menu items, all prepared well, and served in a pleasant atmosphere. We found many locals eathing there -- a good sign -- and it's well located within the historic centre of Colmar.
