Great food, great price and great service. Could do with a refurb but otherwise brilliant for a lunchtime. Nice to see the odd actual Indian restaurant rather than Pakistani restaurant.

I've been eating in this part of Manchester for years. This and That used to be epic. not so much anymore. it's still good value, and the curry are respectable but it went downhill from its former glory a decade ago. there are worse out there for sure but there are also far better very close by.
very basic, but really good tasty curries. had a (generic) chicken curry, a vegetable one and a lentil dahl. all good.
This place was very hard to find, taxi driver told us there is no such a place. Food was home style food and it was extra warmed in microwave.
Gets great reviews and the curry is very good - cheap - cheerful - and v quick. If you're in a hurry while in Mcr city - it's worth going in and you get what they have made for that day. Will go back again - enjoyed it. Can't say it's V Good - but it is good !!

The food is excellent and the staff very friendly. I tried the super spicy chilli sauce to go with the poppadoms. Wonderful! Will definitely be back and maybe try hotter curry next time!!

Hidden away in the northern quarter. Limited menu each day. Basic curries on offer at low cost. Serves a purpose.
I have been to this restaurant on so many occasions with my friends during lunch time at work.
Great atmosphere. Always very busy at lunch time, everyone that attends to eat in this place is prepared to make room and sit with complete strangers. It is fabulous! Decor is basic but the food makes up for it.
Basic indian food...
