OMG you have to find this place out....kids all had ice cream, mummy & daddy had coffee & ice cream...all made locally in his shop, flavours unreal and the best ever...forget Italy, Sligo is much easier to get to!!

I usually never award 5 stars to anyone, but this place is an exception. The quality of the cream is very very high and is very delicious. Love the Rocher Ice Cream and Cream & Sour Cherry. wow! The coffees are pretty good too, however I always get the ice cream to go :)

Have been going to Fabios since it opened and have never been dissapointed. Fabio always has something to talk about and makes the visit worth it alone. Ice cream is top notch but also try the pizza and Tirolo. Got an ice cream cake for an occasion which also went down well ith everyone as it was something different than... More

If you get to Sligo you just have to try it. Beautiful Ice Creams and the staff are really friendly. Not to be missed.

Paid a return visit to Fabios at the weekend with my mother and children and we all had the most delicious ice-creams, coffees and hot chocolates there as part of a Mother's Day treat. Fabios ice-cream is still, I am happy to report, totally delicious .....and we had to check out quite a few flavours ....just to make sure ;-)... More

Soooo good and the man who served us in there was not only friendly and polite but he was quirky and went out of his way to be nice to us. Plus the gelato is soooo tasty!!!

Fabio is a great character, always friendly and fun. He loves what he does and it shows in his icecream. Made on the premises, all delicious, unusual flavours. I have to ration myself or I'd be as big as a barrell
