Awesome food. Brilliant atmosphere! I had the onion soup followed by rack of lamb. Mmmhh. Staff were friendly and attentive to a fault. Enjoyed a lovely bottle of wine too.

6 of us ate last night and 2 of us ordered starter of house special (king prawns). Had to send back because were not fresh and tasted like rubber. No draught beer, bottles only. No salt & pepper on the table. Caeser salad arrived with no dressing. Lamb arrived with no mint sauce. Chips - chunky and soggy. Service was... More

Eight of us had a meal here on the 16th May. The food was superb. We had a mixture of starters, main courses and desserts. everything was spot on . Their attention to detail was first class. If you want to impress, this is the place to go. The toilets were spotless. The staff were well mannered and diligent. It... More

The restaurant building is very impressive but because of the high ceilings can be very noisy - we were there at the same time as a very large group of excited teens which did detract a bit from the overall experience. Our food was tasty and well cooked and it was served hot on warm plates which is a bonus.... More

Went here as a last minute choice and well done to the Concierge at The Westbury Hotel for getting me in! The place was still busy at 9.30 at night with all tables turning over. The food was excellent - I had the steak with the house prawn addition ..... Just melted in the mouth and although not cheap, offered... More

Place looks fancy and atmosphere is nice. Still for the price they charge I was expecting much more. Steak was medium rare as ordered though lierally dry red meat inside, while outside it was burnt so i had to scrub that bitter black burn layer... Also only bottled beer... Below expectations.

Dined here with friends, some of the tables are extremely close but we were lucky and had some privacy. Our waiter Philip (I think was his name) was lovely, really helpful and friendly, the femail waitress who brought our food less so. She pushed through my two friends and literally plonked the starters on top of them and their cutlery... More

Visited for a friend's birthday, meal was magnificent, although the sauce on my chicken dish was a little strong, this was a taste issue of mine, nothing wrong with the dish at all. Service was professional, not a huge amount of small talk from our server which makes this place ideal for a dinner for two or a large group... More

e23.50 for two courses on the pre-theatre menu... a bargain for really great food served by very helpful staff in a beautiful room. You couldn't go wrong here.
