Great setting but I would have hoped for a bit more imagination when it comes to beers.

With its unrivaled atmoshphere and beautiful decor, the only way to improve on the overall experience at The Bank on College Green would be if the staff were friendly and engaging - which they were to the highest standard. Colin, the bartender, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We'll be back in a few months to see you again!

This place is amazing. Always crowded. We had to come by a few times (or a long wait) for lunch or dinner. It's a pub type restaurant with table service. The food was good and the price was right. Interesting concept.

I had oysters to start my sister had mussels and then we had the steak. Oh my goodness the best steak I have ever had at any restaurant in any city. Bought a bottle of wine. Everything was perfect well cooked, staff was amazing and the history of the old Victorian decor was worth the few extra dollars.

Atmosphere is wonderful in decor, spaciousness, and 2 warm fires on each end of the front
Lobby. The full Irish breakfast was delicious! Service very good and prompt!

The bank is literally an old Bank which has been turned into a Bar serving food. The food is really nice with a good variety at a good price. There's always a good pint on order. Take in the Stained glass and the plaster work while you eat and drink. Saturday nights you can be entertained by a live group....

Got to go here for some upscale Irish food--decor was awesome, service was great and food was excellent for lunch.
Try the Galway Hooker Irish Pale Ale----i am a beer snob and this was an excellent brew (when you have to give Guinness a break in its own land)!

We were deciding where to eat on our first (very wet)evening in Dublin. When we came across the "Bank", decided to have a drink initially, and later decided to peruse their menu and very pleased we did. We would highly recommend the food on their menu, and especially the gourmet sausage and mash which was very tasty.(not your ordinary bangers...

This is a huge, beautiful building. Very crowded and bustling. Not your small Irish pub feeling...but magnificent, romantic atmosphere. We arrived without a reservation and the waitress graciously gave us a table to dine on the mezzanine, with the stipulation that it was reserved for a specific time. We thought that was very accomodating of her! The food was good...

On our 5 day stay in Dublin, we ate at the Bank twice. The food ans service was very good. Prices were reasonable. The place was very crowded. Lots of folks having drinks. But you must try the food. We ate upstairs were it was quieter. I recommend this place.
