Rendezvous has now become my regular weekend breakfast hub. The kitchen is open plan so you can always see the chef smiling as she is working away. Staff are great and the nosh is superb. Very reasonably priced with tea / coffee and toast thrown in.

Had breakfast there a couple of times over Easter weekend. Service was good and prompt, food very satisfying. Central location, would recommend.

I have just visited the Rendezvous Cafe for breakfast. The service was good, and our orders arrived quickly (but not suspiciously quickly). I had the full Scottish, and my wife had the eggy bread with bacon and maple syrup. Portions were generous but not excessive, nicely presented, and absolutely delicious. We will definitely be visiting this great little cafe again.

Just rolled into here straight off the sleeper from Crewe and had a 3 peice breakfast. Wonderful friendly service from the waitress and the place is full of charm. We especially like the kettle drum ceiling light :-) the food was delicious and for a reasonable price too! Would deffinately recommend a stay if you're in or around Inverness!

Great food, lots of choice. Breakfast and deserts particularly, are to die for. Nice relaxed atmosphere and booths as well as tables, which is handy if you are eating with someone with hearing problems. Cafe of choice in Inverness.

Ice Cream Sundae was immense - Mr Whippy Ice cream Choc sauce and Nuts. I believe they do a fruit one as well. WOuld recommend highly. No pretense to this case.

After reading the reviews on Tripadvisor we visited this cafe for breakfast. Nice, small friendly place. Nothing special, bit surprised it is top of the TA list, I would say there ar better places locally. However was friendly, efficient service. I had Haggis, Bacon and Egg for breakfast, with toast and coffee for under a fiver. Good thick bacon, well... More

Stopped in for coffee here as we saw the Trip Advisor sticker in the window. Not too many tables but we were lucky. We had coffee and cakes all of which were great. Our youngest had pancakes which he really enjoyed and my coffee and walnut cake was nice and moist and a nice sized portion. Coffee was lovely -... More

Excellent. I was just passing through and happened across The Rendezvous Cafe. What a gem of a place. A friendly atmosphere and simple unpretentious cafe food as it should be, tasty, well presented and made from quality produce. Really enjoyed the fresh crispy home prepped side salad, a refreshing change from dull bagged salad. The waiting staff were attentive and... More
