Was up in Aviemore for a week visited Smiffys A few times had dinner there twice and went in for chips after we came back from a long morning walk. If you want a place with atmosphere go someplace else but if you want reasonably priced food then this is the place for you.

Fish and chips were a bit on the dry side and fish lacked texture. Had the same meal at a Morrisons Supermarket a few days later...now that's what I call fish and chips! Need to try harder...

It is just a fish and chip shop, with a seating area nearby, but the fish is good, and our son really loves it. Enough said.

Stopped in here for a quick bite before heading south after a skiing trip. Four of us sat inside and had fish or haggis suppers. All were generously portioned and cooked perfectly. The only reason I didn't give five stars was because they charged for sauce. A big pet hate of mine.

Five of us visited this chip shop and sat in. Scampi and chips was lovely and fresh. Breaded fish and chips fresh and yummy. Kids goujons fab...real fresh fish. Overall lovely freshly cooked food. It was not even greasy. Lovely and light would visit again. I did grudge the 25p each for sauce when sitting in thou.

We had a lovely meal from Smiffys. tasted really good and the service was really nice. If you fancy some chips go here!

Some of the best food I've eaten from a fast food outlet. It is sought after locally and that should tell you something. Really excellent.
