Fantastic wee find nestled in amongst the fabulous Broughton Street area (full of funky wee shops that you can easily lose a few hours browsing in!). I love Broughton Deli & Cafe equally for a quick grab & run lunch, or a leisurely weekend brunch - until now I have kept it a secret, however, I'm in a "sharing" kind... More

The food here is excellent. I had a walnut, spinach and blue cheese lasagne with a mix of salads and everything was well thought out and delicious. I then couldn't help but treat myself to a pear, almond and chocolate crepe which was also incredible. Its slightly more expensive than the usual lunch deli, but worth every penny. Aside from... I love this place, it's my favourite place to go to for lunch. I would go more often if it was more affordable. For 1 lunch with 1 drink and a cake you're looking at £12/13. You can't fault the effort and fresh ingredients that go into the orders here though. There are always a large selection of unusual salads... More

Nice local independent deli. Good coffee (fantastic on 1st day, good on 2nd day). Nice cakes. Savoury food looked really tasty as well, but I didn't try any. More

I work and live near this restaurant. Every now and then I forget sitting there, your cloths get very smelly and I eat there. I enjoy the food, but regret it when I get back to work smelling of food. I used to get take away from there, but if you want to have one of their dishes of the... More

Visited on a cold, rainy afternoon and had a lovely long leisurely lunch. Excellent sandwiches and coffee. Also some delicious looking deli items and olive oil which we have yet to sample. Very homely atmosphere. We will be back. More

Went at lunchtime - good choice of food and good atmosphere at an acceptable price. It doesn't make it clear but note that after you sit down and read the menu, you have to go to the deli counter to order. It seemed to us that they made an extra bit of effort and it was clearly frequented by regulars... More

Stumbled upon the Broughton Delicatessen by mistake - a friend and I were looking for a breakfast/early lunch bite and just happened to be walking past. Drawn in by the tasty smell, and mouths watering from the view of foodstuffs in the glass counter, we decided to sit in. The menu was varied and evenly priced - a wide range... More

I love this place and visit at least once a week. A great place to catch up with a client over coffee and pick up a few items for dinner later. What would I do without you Broughton deli! More
